R. Permit No. 83-33, Annual Report Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is June 23. Operation continued as approved in the July, 1985 Amendment. Construction of the entrance road has continued in Stage 1 . Some of the material from the entrance road area is being used in construc- tion of the acceleration/deceleration lanes on U. S. 6 . These lanes are scheduled to be complete within the next 12 months. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the locations of areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions as outlined in Section 2 . 41 of the Rules and Regulations. 2.41 (1) Construction of the entrance road in Stage 1 has continued this year. No new land was disturbed during the last year. Mining continued in the 6 .08 acres ± disturbed last year. Stages X and Y are still in use with backfilling in Stage X to be completed within the next year. Storage of growth medium began on Stage A this year. The area disturbed is colored yellow on the annual report map. The increased floor area has allowed relocation of material stockpiles to the current mining area. (2) No reclamation was required during this time period. (3) Backfilling is the only reclamation performed. Partial backfilling has continued in Stages X, Y and Z. See the area colored blue on the Annual Report map for the locations of these areas. (4) Not applicable. (5) Not applicable. (6) The backfilling has been successful.
