The report was submitted for review May 2, 2000. A previuos report was submitted <br /> following our initial meeting October 19, 1999. <br /> Based on the information that has been submitted it appears that appropriate actions have been taken to <br /> remove the source and the contamination and to reduce the potential for further impacts to occ ur as a result <br /> of contamination at this property. <br /> In light of the remedial actions that have been taken at this site,the Colorado Department of Public Health <br /> and Environment will approve your remediation activities and will not require any further investigations <br /> or additional actions at this time. <br /> Please be aware that we cannot release you from any liabilities which may be associated with the <br /> contamination that remains at the site. If further contamination is encountered additional characterization <br /> and/or remediation may be required. <br /> Your cooperation in dealing properly with this site is appreciated.
