11. Comments: We continued to mine through the amended permit area and should be done mining it
by the end of the 2004 calendar vear. We have already topsoiled 50 acres from last year's mining, and
will be seeding those 50 acres this fall. Seeding is per seed mix in permit. Next vear we will get back into
the originally permitted acreage and start by mining approximately 40 acres to the north of processing
plant - it is an area within Phase 1 of the original mine plan that we did not mine previously If we finish
that area next mar we will then continue south of the processing plant (where we had been mining iust
previous to mining the amendment acreage Please see the attached map for areas
