The Division hereby proposes to APPROVE the Request for Transfer of Coal Permit and Succession of <br />Operator for Permit No. C-80-003 from the HG Coal Company to the Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. <br />Any person with an interest that is or may be adversely affected by this decision may request a formal <br />hearing on the proposed decision. Such requests shall be in writing and state with reasonable <br />specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the decision. If so requested, the formal <br />hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.07.4(3). The request for a <br />formal hearing must be received within thirty (30) days of the proposed decision.
