4. OVERBURDEN SAMPLING -REGRADED AREAS <br />~uirement <br />As outlined in Permit Exhibit 6. Geological Information, Item #4, Overburden Sample Program of the <br />Colowyo Pemut, a regraded overburden sampling progam is required at a density of one sample per five <br />acres of regraded area. <br />s s <br />Colowyo continues to utihze the "State Plane Coordinate System" az the grid system for sampling <br />regraded overburden areas. Refer to Exhibit 10. 1995 Annual Report MaR, for the location of the <br />sampled areas. Use ofthe intersecting lines provide a uniform square grid system of approximately five <br />acres per square. During 1995 a total of 17 regraded area samples were taken representing <br />approximately 85 acres of additional regraded overburden area. The analyses are included in Exhi i <br />9 - Regraded Overburden Samnfine <br />No suspect materials were encountered during the sampling progam. <br />• <br /> <br />8 <br />
