1 rinisnea up the na~r pump ratio algoritnm wnicn worxs otr
the TPH comming t of the Thickener. Mad hanges to both
. ~ the PLC5 softwa~and the control View Sof~re.
3).Tried to tighten the flow meter comming off the NaCN tank
going to leach. I wasn't able to prevent the leaking.
1/30/92
11 Worked on the zero speed switch for CV1, the seal tight
flex was severed and the wire was severed as well. i repaired
the seal tight flex by tapin~ the cut piece and cutting off
one end. The zero speed swi ch was working properly at the
end of my day.
2) Span and Zero Calibrated CV2. Reading 45 TPH high
3 The 4-20 MA signal comming out of the density meter on the
thickener drifted by about five percent. i calibrated the 4-
20 MA signal and grounded the signal wire shield. Itr was
reading properly at the end of my day.
If it drifts tomorrow I will consider replacing the output
board.
4~ Cleaned and calibrated the cyclone overflow and the
titration room ph meters.
1/31/92
1) calibrated the cyclone overflow ph meter.
2) checked the thickener overflow density, everything appears
to be working well.
3 Moved the limit down from 75 percent to 70 percent on the
thickener under flow pump pid speed
4) checked the cvl zero speed switch it seemed to check out
so I took the jumpers off and increased the start up time
5) worked on the warehouse.
