1
' "Ihe anchor trench was filled following completion of the liner installation. The access road around
the pond perimeter was graded and a chain link fence was installed. Riprap was placed in the spillway
' plunge pool. Final inspection and approval was accepted by Colorado River Engineering on March 27, 2000.
' Conclusion
The construction of the retention pond was completed to the lines and grades shown on the design
' drawings. The embankment and subgrade earthwork were found acceptable, The impermeable IiDPE pond
liner has been inspected and was found to be free from defects. [t is our opinion that the storm retention will
safely store and retain storm runoff water.
' If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call 970-625-4933.

' CM:cm
Encl:
CC: Kvaemer, Ed Hudock
' UppcrVond.doc

1
1

1

1
Sincerely,
C° ~~~
Christopher Manes, P.E.
1
