The barrels, along with waste oil barrels
from other neazby mines sites, were transported to, the White Mesa Mill, neaz Blanding, Utah.
The barrels will be dumped into the Mil'l's waste oil ~ storage tank, which is periodically emptied
by a commercial waste oil recycling firm.., , ,
Attached are photographs of waste, oil barrels at a storage dock and barrels located on the
ground near the maintenance building at the West Sunday Mine site. Also included are
photographs of these same two locations after removal of the waste oil barrels.
Another item noted in the December 19, 2001 inspection was the lack of current
permittee identification sign at the West Sunday Mine.
