(BMRI) - San Luis <br />August 21, 1993 <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories <br />for the bi-weekly water samples collected on August 21, 1993 <br />as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The oross- <br />reference table between sample identification numbers and <br />sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, <br />calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point <br />samples are enclosed. <br />No deviations from the sampling 4A/4C protocols, TR-006, <br />were noted for any of the samples collected. wells M-9, <br />M-12, and M-13 were sampled. Samples were collected at <br />surface water station RS-5. The five process points were <br />sampled. A duplicate sample of the upper pond and a <br />bucket/beaker rinse blank were also collected for field <br />quality control.
