We have stockpiled more topsoil for placement and seeding of approximately 8 acres in the spring of 2006. Our
weed control plan has been actively pursued. The undulations along the west side of cell # 3 will be in
construction during 2006. Mining operations will continue in Cell # 3 through 2006 exposing the entire area of cell
# 3 to water. Concurrent redamation will expand next year due to the configurations of the mining cell.
