Introduction <br /> The enclosed report, Conclusions and Recommendations, is the final section of a more <br /> comprehensive report,'Report On Habitat Findings Of The Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse; <br /> prepared for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br /> The'Habitat Findings'report includes four detailed studies of sites in Colorado that have been <br /> surveyed for the meadow jumping mouse. These studies duffer in their objectives, methods,and <br /> emphasis. The authors of these sections have compiled the important components of these studies <br /> into the Conclusions and Recommendations presented here. <br /> This Conclusions and Recommendations section has been designed for general distribution to <br /> Interested citizens.land managers, and others that want to learn more about this animal. <br /> The detailed.comprehensive report was not written for general distribution and is more staenft and <br /> data oriented. Interested scientists and regulators may request a copy of the complete report from <br /> the U.S. Fish and WildlNe Service but copies are limited. <br /> Questions regarding this report can be directed toward the report authors.
