ANNUAL REPORT
Dear I.1r. Loye:
Please find enclosed a map showing the required ANNUAL REPORT INFORt1ATION
for Spider's Aggregate, Inc. Quarries located in Section 31, T18S, R704!
of the 6th P.M., Fremont County, Colorado. During the twelve months prior
to 11/22/82 this operation changed owners and was converted from a 110
Permit to a 112 Permit. The conversion was approved by the Mined Land
Reclamation board at its July meeting. All new disturbances took place
subsequent to the 112 conversion.
As noted in the Reclamation Plan, almost all of the reclamation will be
deferred until the permitted area is mined-out. This is primarily because
of the confined nature of the operations.
A minor amount of off-site reclamation was performed by the new owner, this
being backfilling and grading of an area that was disturbed prior to 1973.
This area most probably will be revegetated next spring.
No additional area was disturbed at the Canister Operation during the anni-
versary year, primarily because of reduced operations at CFE~I Steel Mill,
the major market for this product.
If I can be of further assistance or if there are any questions, please
don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
~~
~ ~~ ~~~,~
L',
~~ ~y.
afr~
Charles R.
