It shows land affected in 2000, approximately 23,824 yards were mined <br />2. Fees collected were $7,623.68 <br />3. Some mining activity is anticipated ui 2001. <br />4. In reponse to Mr. Greg Squire's Inspection Report, we are going to combine the <br />(2)-110(c) Kues Pits into one 112(c) Kues Pit. See attached Inspection Report. <br />We have gotten the Survey completed, but now we are working on the new <br />112(c) permit. <br />5. Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis where there is a sufficient azea <br />affected (usually 3-5 acres) and when economically feasible. <br />The $281.00 fee was included in a check for $1,124.00 written for (4) pits. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ken Strohson, Plalme <br />
