Long <br />Dmision Urzeuu <br />A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date of <br />submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report <br />shall contain at a minimum: <br />(i) Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water year; <br />(ii) Water quality data obtained from each monitoring site during the water year; <br />and <br />(iii) Ijrequired by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and <br />identiftca[iotl of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />Although the data required by 4.05.13(4)(c)(i) and (ii) have been included in your quarterly <br />reports, our files do not indicate that we have received the annual reports. Please submit an <br />annual report for calendar year 1993, and a suond annual report for calendar year 1994. <br />The Division requests that each of these reports reflect the requirements of 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii), <br />which requires "a written interpretation of the data and identification of mwng-related <br />impacts [o the hydrologic balance." Please submit these two annual hydrologic reports to the <br />Division by January 16, 1995. <br />As stated in 4.OS.13(4)(c), the date for submittal of future annual reports [o the Division <br />should be determined in consultation with the pemtittee. The Division suggests future annual <br />hydrologic reports be submitted within 30 days following the close of the fourth quarter. <br />This would mean that future annual hydrologic reports would be submitted on or before <br />
