4. The spring water treatment pond was not sampled in 2005. BCC states in the 2005 AHR <br />that monitoring of NPDES dischazge point 001 was discontinued in August of 2004 <br />because BCC believes that the water comes from a spring, not from mine water <br />dischazge. However, the Division understands that BCC is working with the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and the Environment on this issue and has resumed <br />sampling the pond dischazge.
