Copies of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) prepared for the <br />' NPDES Permit are to be forwarded to the Colorado Department of Health - Water <br />Quality Control Division and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division on a <br />' quarterly basis. In addition, data collected at two ground water monitor wells <br />(bedrock well 009-79-4 and alluvial well 009-5-10) are to be forwarded to the <br />CMLRD each quarter. Data from the monitor sites shown on the attached map are <br />' to be forwarded to the CMLRD on an annual basis.
