' LIFE-OF-MINE MONITORING PLAN
As required by Colorado Rule 4.05.13, CYCC has committed to the monitoring
' and reporting of certain data over the life of the mining and reclamation
operations. Copies of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) prepared for the
' NPDES Permit are to be forwarded to the Colorado Department of Health - Water
Quality Control Division and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division on a
' quarterly basis. In addition, data collected at two ground water monitor wells
(bedrock well 009-79-4 and alluvial well 009-5-10) are to be forwarded to the
CMLRD each quarter. Data from the monitor sites shown on the attached map are
' to be forwarded to the CMLRD on an annual basis. The monitor sites listed below
are included in the Annual Hydrologic Monitoring Report.
