The pit <br /> is still being operated by Aggregate, Inc. under a lease from <br /> Suburban Sand and Gravel Co. The bond amount is $68 , 500 and the pit <br /> is not a phased operation but the area needing reclamation at any <br /> one time is limited to 50 .00 acres ± . The permitted area is 168 .41 <br /> acres ±, the pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it <br /> HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The annual fee was <br /> submitted under separate cover. Please refer to the map attached <br /> for the areas discussed in this report. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> requirements in Rule 1 . 15 of the Rules and Regulations and the <br /> question in the Annual Letter. <br /> ( 1) At the current time we have 126 .32 acres ± disturbed in the <br /> pit. This entire disturbed area has been stripped of topsoil <br /> and the topsoil was stockpiled around the site for use in <br /> reclamation. We have approximately 38,200 YD' stockpiled, <br /> covering 9 . 15 acres ± and the stripped area covers, 38 . 04 ac ± <br /> (brown) . Of the total area disturbed at this time 15 .29 acres <br /> ± is stripped and ready for mining (yellow) , 14 . 60 acres ± is <br /> plant site area (cross-hatched) , and 64 .76 acres ± is lake area <br /> (blue) . Mining continued on areas previously disturbed. <br /> ( 2 ) No reclamation was required during this year. The south shore <br /> was resoiled last year and 9 .45 ac ± on the west and north <br /> sides were reclaimed this year as part of two Urban Drainage <br /> projects completed this winter (green) . The west area was <br /> seeded last fall and the north area will be seeded this spring. <br /> Once mining is completed along the north lake shore those <br /> slopes will be created, this should begin some time this year. <br /> The area covered by water surface does not need reclamation. <br /> ( 3 ) Stripping will begin this year on the 15 .24 acre area in the <br /> north east part of the site (tan) . This area is due to be part <br /> of the 120th Ave. extension and we want to remove all the <br />
