The pit is still being operated by Aggregate, Inc. under a lease from Suburban Sand and Gravel Co. The bond amount is $68 , 500 and the pit is not a phased operation but the area needing reclamation at any one time is limited to 50 .00 acres ± . The permitted area is 168 .41 acres ±, the pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The annual fee was submitted under separate cover. Please refer to the map attached for the areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements in Rule 1 . 15 of the Rules and Regulations and the question in the Annual Letter. ( 1) At the current time we have 126 .32 acres ± disturbed in the pit. This entire disturbed area has been stripped of topsoil and the topsoil was stockpiled around the site for use in reclamation. We have approximately 38,200 YD' stockpiled, covering 9 . 15 acres ± and the stripped area covers, 38 . 04 ac ± (brown) . Of the total area disturbed at this time 15 .29 acres ± is stripped and ready for mining (yellow) , 14 . 60 acres ± is plant site area (cross-hatched) , and 64 .76 acres ± is lake area (blue) . Mining continued on areas previously disturbed. ( 2 ) No reclamation was required during this year. The south shore was resoiled last year and 9 .45 ac ± on the west and north sides were reclaimed this year as part of two Urban Drainage projects completed this winter (green) . The west area was seeded last fall and the north area will be seeded this spring. Once mining is completed along the north lake shore those slopes will be created, this should begin some time this year. The area covered by water surface does not need reclamation. ( 3 ) Stripping will begin this year on the 15 .24 acre area in the north east part of the site (tan) . This area is due to be part of the 120th Ave. extension and we want to remove all the
