The area has not been totally reclaimed for the following <br />reasons. <br />1. "Black areas" denote finished stockpilled material's that have not been <br />sold and removed from the premises. <br />2. The "Yellow area" is a new mining activity that commenced in January of <br />1992. The de-watering pump was not relocated "red" and therefore all <br />de-watering in the "Yellow area" is being released by gravity to the existing <br />pump area. <br />3. Until such time as the gravel stockpiles are removed and the "Yellow <br />area's" are completly mined the "Blue lake area" cannot be completed. We <br />anticipate the cortq~letion of the mining by December of 1995. <br />4. We are presently reviewing our Water Augmentation plan for the property, <br />be have not reached any final conclusions. We are considering a number of <br />alternative's; <br />a. Direct water augmentation <br />b. Shale or clay lining of the bottom <br />c. Slurry cut-off wall's <br />d.
