The Fremont Gravel Pit, file #M-84-117, as was stated in
a letter dated December 5, 1989 and again in a letter
dated July 15, 1991, this site is not in use by Fremont
a County. Fremont County was unable to use the material
from the site. This site is located within the area
permitted by Domtar Gypsum, permit #M-77-244. In
discussion with Mr. Ken Klco, Mine Manager for Domtar
Gypsum, the area in which Fremont County's pit was
located has already been reclaimed by Domtar Gypsum.
Fremont County would certainly appreciate your agency
removing this pit from your active files.
