Erosional features noted in the report appeaz consistent with those seen <br />in the field during the Division's recent monthly inspections. With regard to the first two <br />pazagraphs of the introduction, please note that the requirement to submit this report was <br />removed from the Permit Application Package by Technical Revision 40, approved Apri122, <br />2003.
