The
sand processing plant remains as previous on top of deposits yet to be mined. The
crusher remains at the site indicated.
Permanent wetlands have been reclaimed from areas in Phase lA, Phase 1C, and Phase
1B as indicated upon completion of mining. Permanent wetlands are continuing to be
developed in areas of Phase lA.
We will continue mining in Phase 1B. We will not completely mine Phase 1B at this
time due to our reluctance to disturb the creek and adjoining wetlands in the north end of
the area.
We will move the sand plant and crusher to Phase II in 2006.
Material mined from Phase lA and Phase IB will be processed first, then mining will
begin in Phase II. Overburden from Phase II will be used to backfill Phase lA so that
permanent wetlands can be completed. Wetland seeding and the planting of wetland
species will take place.
Groundwater monitoring wells aze in place up gradient of the property as shown on the
attached map, Exhibit C-3. Quarterly reports are attached.
Sincerely,

Dan Kehn
Enclosures
6550 So.
