SECTION 3 -CDMG ARR FORM AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS RULE REQUIREMENT RULE 2.04.13(1) (a-t) 2.04.13(1) by February 15, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The report shall include, but not limited to, text, discussion and maps which address: o (a) the name and address of the permittee and permit number o (b) location and number of acres disturbed during that year o (c) location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year o (d) location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year o (e) the species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices o (f) location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas GENERAL DISCUSSION CDMG Report -During 2002, 52.86 acres were disturbed, 108.69 acres were backfilled and graded and 108.69 acres were topsoiled. Colowyo permanently seeded or planted 78.11 acres in 2002. Mulch was added to a 21.03-acre shrub establishment area seeded in 2002. Several burn areas were seeded totaling 21.49 acres. An area previously seeded in 2001 was re-seeded in 2002 totaling 21.7 acres. Through 2001, 1329.63 acres have been reclaimed at Colwoyo. A total of 586.90 re-seeded acres from 1978 through 1992 have been in existence for greater than 10 years. 472.72 acres within the permit area are in long-term mining or reclamation facilities and the active mining area is comprised of 1652.48 acres (See Exhibit 3A for location of report). Colowyo Reclamation Table - At the time of this report, 1,407.74 acres have been reclaimed since 1978. In 2002, 78.11 acres were reclaimed at Colowyo. Reclamation and/or seeding activity was conducted in the East Pit (56.62 Ac) and 21.49 Ac on three burned areas within the mine permit area. All 21.7 acres in the East Pit area EP037, originally seeded in 2001 were re-seeded in 2002. Therefore relevant acreage has been removed from the 2001 East Pit and added to the 2002 East Pit acres (See Exhibit 3B for location of Reclamation table).
