During the above mentioned period we
forgot to file the notices of intent to continue for this permit.
In April of 1981 our conversion was granted by the board, we
submitted a bond. This letter will serve to bring the Mined Land
Reclamation Board up to date as of March 27,1981.
From March 28,1979 thru March 27,1981 Delta Sand and Gravel
Co. affected 5.23 ac. t in Stage I and part of Stage II ( see map
Exhibit C-1 of original permit). Market demand in the Delta area
caused us to increase production and we therefore converted our
110 permit to a 112 permit to comply with MLR regulations on
acerage and tonnage limitations.
Please Refer to the conversion plan flap Exhibit D-1 to see how
we will continue to mine in the next year.
Our annual fee for the two years missed $100.00, is attached.
~IGC~~ V ~~
APR1~1982
MINED LAND RECLAMATION
Colo.
