This report is submitted in compliance with the requirements of Permit to Mine No. C-80-003 and provides the results of all environmental monitoring programs a[ the Hayden Gulch Mine for the report year. As most of [he monitoring information is required by the Division as terms of the mining • permit, we ask that after your review the Division provide to us, in writing, approval of the information contained wi[hin this report. As you know, Colowyo's ownership interest and role as operator for the H-G Mine were [erminated in lare 1994. TerraMa[rix is now serving as resident agent for Coalgrace Inc. and Coalgrace II Inc., which own H-G Coal Company. We are curren[ly preparingl, a Technical Revision Application [o Permit No. C-80-003 which will, among other things, designate TerraMatrix as Coalgrace's agent and poin[ of con[aa for site inspections and other rou[ine communications with the Division.
