This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. There has been no mining within 200 feet of the Peck Creek tributary canyon as required. The Annual Report map is an excerpt from the application map showing the Southeast por- tion of the mine. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter. (1) We continued to mine on the 4 field stone areas disturbed in past years. These area disturb less than 5.0 acres as allowed in the permit. We have expanded the slab stone mining area so it now covers approximately 3.19 acres near the Pinon Mine in Stage 1. We have been stockpiling finer material in three areas for hand sorting and processing. The grizzlies have been setup on the east side of the mine for processing.
