4.4 Reclamation Accomplished 2003 - 2004 <br /> <br />During the 2003-2004 reporting year the following reclamation was conducted: <br />AMERICAN SODA, LLP <br />PICEANCE FACILITY <br />SPRING 2004 RECLAMATION <br />RECLAMATION APPLICATION <br />DATE: SUNDAY APRIL 25 -THURSDAY APRIL 29 <br />SEED MIXTURE TYPE: CRITICAL AREA STABILIZATION SEED MIX <br />LOCATION TYPE: ROAD CUTS/SHOULDERS & TOPSOIL <br />PILES <br />PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY: TEMPORARY <br />SEED APPLICATION: HYDROSEED <br />MULCH APPLICATION: HYDROMULCH <br />FERTILIZER: NITROGEN AND P2O5 18-46-0 <br />MULCH: 2 TONS/ACRE CONWED FIBERS <br />TACKIFIER: 100 LBS/ACRE M-BINDER <br />CONTRACTOR: BROWN'S ENVIRONMENTAL <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />Critical Area Stabilization Seed Mix was applied for temporary soil stabilization to <br />approximately 7 acres of land including road cuts/shoulders and topsoil piles where soil <br />stabilization was needed. This seed mix is specified in the "Soil Conservation, Erosion <br />and Sediment Control, Reclamation, and Re-vegetation Plan, Yankee Gulch Sodium <br />Minerals Project, April 1999."
