If you have requested reclamation release from the Division <br />but your permit is not terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual <br />fee MJST be paid. If the Division does release this permit before the anniversary <br />• date please do not pay this fee. <br />The fie is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid even if <br />the mine was in an inactive state.
