AUTOMATICALLY ASSESSED. NO PERMITS FOR NEW MINING OPERATIONS SHALL BE GRANTED TO
ANY OPERATOR WHO IS CURRENTLY FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION IN THIS STATE
(C.R.S. 34-32-120) UNTIL THE VIOLATION IS ABATED.
