You must pay the annual <br />fees each year until reclamation responsibility release is granted. The annual fee is for LAST YEAR <br />(1994) and MUST be paid even if the mine was in an inactive state. The annual fee is due and <br />payable ON OR BEFORE the permit anniversary date shown below. <br />If you have requested reclamation release from the Division but your permit is NOT terminated by <br />. your anniversary date listed below the annual fee MUST be paid.
