The nnnual livdrologic report shall <br />contain at a ntinintum: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The report was received in the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (Division) on February 12, 2001. It is a letter report, J. E. Stover & Associates, February <br />7,2001. The report is to be submittal by March 30th [Permit Application Package (PAP) page 2-122]. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />The report states that there was no discharge from the sediment pond. The report is submitted for a <br />calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 4-86). Copies of Colorado Discharge Monitoring <br />Reports (CDMR) were not included in the report. By letter of February 13, 2001, the Division <br />requested a modification of the report [o include CDMRs. This was done by J. E. Stover & <br />Associates letter of February 20, 2001. <br />Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(ii): Wafer quality data obtained from each monitoring site during the water year; <br />and <br />The report states that there was no discharge from the sedimentation pond. The report is submitted <br />for the calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 2-122). No CDMRs were included in the <br />report. By letter of February 13, 2001, the Division requested a modification of the report to include <br />CDMRs. This was done by J. E. Stover & Associates letter of February 20, 2001. <br />Rule 4.05.14(4)(e)(iii): If required by the Division, a written iruerpretation of the data and <br />identification of raining related impacts to the hydrologic balnnce. <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the data. <br />The PAP (page 4-86) requires comments on [he sediment pond discharges, water consumption, and <br />irrigation of the reclaimed site. The report is in compliance with these permit requirements. <br />
