Refuse was transported from the preparation plant to the RDA by corfveyor belt <br />The plant has been ids since March of 1996 at which ti~ the last riefrrse was placed on the <br />fill area. <br />Activity During Irrspectlon: <br />No activity oxurred during the inspection. <br />Drainage: (Discussion of springs- seeps. overthnd arui ctranrrel tkrw, underdrain construction and/ <br />or discharge, integrity of 100-year 24-hour drainage sfructrrres, and evidence of positive drainage)- <br />No springs or seeps were observed on the refuse side sopes.
