Box 1322 <br />Meeker, Colorado 81641 <br />(970)878-4657 <br /> <br />2000 Reclamation Summary <br />During the year of 2000, the following items were completed in the reclamation of the <br />Flagg Creek Quarry, Rio Blanco County, Colorado: <br />• Replacement of Topsoil and Reseeding: Topsoil was placed on all azeas where <br />the roads were rerouted within the disturbance azea. Upon the placement of the <br />topsoil, seed approved by the BLM was placed. Erosion was slowed with the <br />placement of certified weed free hay bails in azeas of water runoff accumulation. <br />• • Reshaping of contours: The contours were not reshaped. Upon mining to the <br />crest of the ridge and descending with quarry operations, the contours will be <br />reshaped and topsoil applied as shown on the mine plan. <br />• Staging Area: Maintained Pinjon trees between the county road and staging <br />operations. <br />• Trees have been place in appropriates areas. <br /> <br />
