In response to your letter of June 17, 2002, I have reviewed the data for ground water
monitoring well TCS-1 on May 8, 2001. The standard conductivity of the sample was
misreported at 880 µmhos/cm. The laboratory results were actually 4,290 µmhos/cm. However,
the reported values for sulfate, calcium, and magnesium aze reported correctly. The data does
not fit the established pattern for the well and sample results returned to normal readings
throughout the remainder of 2001. Therefore, it must be assumed that the sample for TCS-I
collected on May 8, 2001 was bad. I contacted the lab and they have disposed of those samples.
I will correct the table for the 2002 report.
