Lamm Governor 112 Annual Fee Letter In order to continue your mining operation, annual fees, report, and map are required pursuant to 34-32-116(1)(a) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S 1973, as amended. Fees are based upon a schedule of $350,00 if the operation is an open mining operation of 10 acres or more and $275.00 for any other operation 10 acres or more. Also, please include the required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations (ArinuaT Report) to bring the Division up-to-date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site. If you cannot include these materials with the fees, please incidate on the attached sheet how soon we should expect to receive the material. Submittal of a report and map (to a scale of not less than 100' to the inch and not more than 660' to the inch), indicating the phases of the reclamation plan which have been completed and correlated with the timetable is required.
