1. The Financial Warranty has not changed and is still in place as required.
2. The equipment on site remains the same.
3. We have distrubed additional gypsum adjacent to the existing site. The area is
approximately 50 yards wide and 150 yards long. EMSHA has suspended our mining operation
until certain corrections are made. It is our intentions at this time to contract the mining
operation rather than make cost prohibitive corrections.
As of April 10, 2001, the Fremont County Board of Commissioners approved a
conditional use permit file #CUPO1-01 for mining aggregate on the property. See attached.
4. For the period ending July 9, 2001, time was spent in testing material and marketing.
5. 451.55 tons of gypsum was extracted and sold.
6. All boundaries remain the same.
7. We had no reclamation this year.
