A weekly sample of <br />the inactive pond is also analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies <br />a simple monthly average for regulating pond compliance. The <br />December averages are as follows: <br />Active Pond <br />Inactive Pond <br />Collection Pond <br />1.31 ppm CN-wad, <br />1.05 ppm CN-wad, <br />0.35 ppm CN-wad, <br />1.73 ppm Ct`"-total <br />1.18 ppm C1;-total <br />0.58 ppm CZ;'-total <br />The December simple averages show compliance with oux~ permit <br />standards of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total. <br />Samples collected on January 8 and 23 were sent to Core <br />Laboratories for outside lab verification.
