J - This qualifier indicates that the va Lue is an estimate. ]t is used when a compound is determined to be present based on the mass spectral data but at a concentration less than the practical quantitation limit of the method. E - This qualifier indicates that a sample result is an estimate because the concentration exceeded the upper calibration range of the instrument. EXPLANATION OF DATA QUALIFIERS - METALS & INORGANIC PARAMETERS U - This qualifier indicates that the analyte was analyzed for but not defected. D - This qualifier indicates that the analyte was detected at a level below the reporting limit tut greater than or equal to the instrument detection limit.
