Enclosed are two revised copies <br />of the report for your files. The responses below correspond to the <br />two comments you had. <br />1. The report was revised to reflect that the 70.8 acres are only <br />temporary seeded with a perennial mix. In Tab 10, page 5 of <br />the PAP it states these DHG disturbances have been revegetated <br />with a permanent stabilization mix and lists the various <br />species observed in these areas. Tab 20 provides the three <br />permanent seed mixes that will be utilized in reclaiming the <br />DHG disturbance areas and Exhibit 18-1 depicts the post- <br />operational topography and vegetation types for the entire <br />permit area. <br />2. To the best of our knowledge, the DHG acres were seeded in the <br />early 1980'5 by H-G Coal Company, the previous owner of the <br />Loadout facility. <br />Should you have any questions concerning this report, please do not <br />hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Milchael G.
