You will recall that CTL/
Thompson, Inc. was the firm that performed all stability analyses and
designed and planned the excess spoil piles at Energy Mine No. 1, so they
are intimately familiar with the construction standards to be used.
For your records there is enclosed with this letter a copy of CTL/
Thompson's construction observations, a copy of their photos taken during
construction and a copy of their daily field reports.
As Energy Fuels begins construction of Excess Spoil Pile No. 1, a
representative from CTL/Thompson, Inc. will again be on site to oversee
design implementation, run compaction tests on the fill and certify com-
pletion of the stages of construction. Their reports will similarly be
forwarded to you for your records.
Should you require additional information, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
Sincerely,
ENERGY FUELS CORPORATION
~~
ames M.
