Based on knowledge of petroleum hydrocarbon materials historically used in <br />the fueling area, typical formulations of gasoline products, and the BTEX data presented <br />above, the soil (that has been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons) does not demonstrate <br />a characteristic of hazardous waste. If this soil requires management as a waste, it should <br />be managed by applicable non-hazardous solid waste regulations. <br />4 <br />
