Flag completed a succession of operator and <br />posted a new bond on February 25, 1994 to assume permit responsi- <br />bilities from Albert Frei and Sons, Inc.. We continued to mine in <br />Stage 1 this year and completed mining on another small area that <br />was disturbed in past years. This pit HAS NOT been granted a <br />Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this <br />year. The Financial Warranty for this operation was revised <br />earlier this year to be $79,800, the permitted area is 170.70 ac. <br />± and the pit is divided into 5 Reclamation Phases) As required in <br />Rule 3.1.12 a sign has been installed at the entiance to the pit <br />and the boundary has been outlined to delineate the affected lands. <br />Please refer to the 1992-93 Annual Report Map, attached, for <br />locations of the areas discussed in this text.) We will deal <br />specifically with the Annual Report requirements outlined in Rule <br />1.15 ~ <br />(1) <br />Mining continued in the Stage 1 on area disturbed in previous <br />years.
