If you wish to <br />continuously mine the site, you should re-apply for a 110 (less than 10 acres <br />and 70,000 tons per year), or a 112 permit (if you wish to mine more than 10 <br />acres or 70,000 tons per year). The annual fee and report are required <br />pursuant to 34-32-116(1)(a) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />C.R.S., as amended.
