Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />First quazter 2005 Waste Pile inspection report was received in the DMG office on Apti16, 2005 via fax. The inspection <br />of both piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on Mazch 23, 2005. No additional material <br />was added to either pile during first quarter 2005. The mine is in temporary cessation. No additional maintenance items <br />were identified for either pile. <br />Rule 4.09.1(11) states that the waste pile inspection report needs to be forwarded to the Division within two weeks of the <br />inspection. Reports aze maintained and aze available for review at the mine site.
