Also enclosed are photostatic copies
of the Proof of Publication in connection with each permit.
I believe that we have complied with all notice requirements
in connection with each pit. If you need anything else from
us in this regard, please advise me.
I received today the April agenda for the Board' s meeting
and note that Nottingham' s application on the Eagle pit is
listed as Item No. 24. I am assuming that the agenda was
typed prior to your processing our request for postponement,
but if that is not the case, please advise me.
In order to be able to get everything properly attended to
in time for the May Board Meeting, we have determined that
it would be advisable to enlist some additioal help, and we
have therefore contacted Michael McCarthy, at Conover,
McClearn, Heppenstall & Kearns in Denver. I am preparing
for Mike a set of copies of the paperwork to date , and I am
sure that he will be in touch with you directly once he has
had an opportunity to familiarize himself with the status of
each pit. Please continue to send all communications directly
to us for the time being, and we will copy him. Once he is
fully on line, we will ask you to send copies of all communi-
cations to both his office and ours.
