This was <br />in an area that was stripped ahead of the mining <br />operation in 1978. This leaves no acres stripped <br />ahead of the mining operation. There was material <br />taken 4' below water table. <br />(2) There were approximately 5.5 acres at the northeast <br />bank going west revegetated and trees planted. <br />(3) At the furthest northwest bank going east, backsloping <br />has begun and top soiling replaced. This will be <br />revegetated this spring and trees planted. <br />(4) Vegetation planted was Streambank-Sodar; Pubescent <br />W.G. Luna; Madrid Clover, on all land backsloped <br />and stockpiled in March, 1985, and April, 1985. <br />15) Fertilizer used was 45# nitrogen and 45# phosphate. <br />There was 150 lbs. of nitrogen used and 100 lbs. <br />of phosphate used per ACRE! <br />(6) It is too early to tell the success of the grass <br />seeding. All trees planted are alive.
