11.2 STATUS OF REFERENCED DOCUMENTS
11.2.1 Proposals and commitments in referenced documents are in effect
license conditions.
Where the word "will" or "should" is used in the
above-referenced documents it shall denote a requirement.
11.2.2 Where statements in the documents conflict, the most stringent
document shall prevail, until the department determines
otherwise.
11.2.3 The "Colorado Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Radiation
Control", herein after called the "Radiation Regulations" as
revised by the State Board of Health and as interpreted from
time to time by policy directive of the Radiation Control.
Division, shall control provisions of referenced documents which
conflict with said Rules and Regulations unless the provisions
of the referenced document are more restrictive than the Rules
and Regulations.
A requirement pursuant to revised regulations or policy e;hall be
considered a modification of this license for purposes oi'
,judicial review under Colorado Law.
11.3 SEVERABILITY
If any part of the Radiation Regulations, Department or
Radiation Control Division policy, or this license is held
invalid, the remainder shall not be affected.
11.4 LICENSE CONDITIONS MODIFICATIONS
The following license conditions modify and add to commitments
in the documents referenced in LC 11.1 above.
