<br />13.4.10 FACILITIES EXtLaUST :iONITORING <br />13.4.10.1 The crusher sorter building exhaust shall be sampled quarterly <br />and analyzed for Uranium, Lead-210, Thorium-230 and <br />Radium-226. Sampling shall be representative, and adequate <br />for determination of the release rates and concentrations of <br />uranium. <br />13.4.10.2 The flow rates of the process exhaust identified above shall <br />be measured semiannually and whenever any process equipment <br />changes are made that might significantly alter the flow rate. <br />13.4.11 EWIRON2fENTAL P10[dITORING <br />Tlie licensee's environmental monitoring and analysis program <br />shall be as in the Procedures Manual, required by LC 11.1.8, <br />in accordance USNRC Reg. Air monitoring results shall to <br />reported semiannually to the Department. <br />13.4.11.2 Water Plonitoring <br />Surface water monitoring shall be at least monthly unless <br />otherwise approved by the Department and in accordance with <br />Department approved procedures. Water monitoring shall be <br />done on Ralston Creek at least at the following Pointe: <br />1. upstream of the mine waste piles <br />2. between the mine waste piles and the 001 discharge <br />3. the 001 discharge <br />4. downstream a[ the cattle gate <br />5. at the Long Lake head Sate <br />Ground water monitoring shall be done quarterly at the: ti~ree <br />wells identified LC 11.1.6 and Cotter well 64684. <br />-20- <br />
