The cross-sections show that the re-graded area is in compliance with the design <br />approved by the Division. TCC is requesting the Division review the cross-sections and <br />advise if the azea is in compliance with the approved pile topography for this initial area. <br />If the Division concurs then TCC will contact with a outside contractor to start harvesting <br />the non-toxic material from within the footprint of the refuse pile for placement on the re- <br />graded refuse material.
