On behalf of Bear Coal Company, Inc., following are <br />Bear's responses to the DMG's comments and concerns: <br />3. Bear did analyze for DO but failed to report it in the AHR. Enclosed is amended <br />page 3 for the AHR. Bear cannot explain why the lab missed chlorine. <br />4. Conductivity and total suspended solids were not analyzed in August because <br />they are not on the parameter list on page 2.04-30b. <br />5. Bear's position remains unchanged.
