Previously we obtained your <br />consent to safeguard a mine opening which we believed was located on the <br />Queen Bess Lode. Since the time that you sent the consent, we have learned <br />that the mine opening is located on the Mollie Kathleen Lode which is leased <br />by the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine Tours. Because of the operational schedule <br />of the Mollie Kathleen Tourist Mine, we will not be able to safeguard the mine <br />opening this year.
